Number of negotiation meetings (working groups, plenaries, etc.): 2,500 working meetings (excluding side events).

Number of side events and exhibits: 202 side events and 203 exhibits.

Average maximum number of people present on the site at the same time: 13,500 people.

COP21 application: nearly 10,000 downloads; 40% by French people, 16% by English people, 15% by Americans; the three most-consulted pages: the events schedule for the two zones, the maps of the two zones at Le Bourget and practical information about the Blue Zone.

Transport

Between 30,000 and 40,000 journeys every day (one-way trips by one traveller) in RATP shuttle buses from the RER B station and metro line 7.

Around sixty shuttle buses making around 1,000 journeys each day, with each bus making an average of 8 round trips per day.

Special service for accredited persons: between 63 and 67 vehicles used each day, 111 attendants and 102 drivers.

A total of 492 round trips on average each day for the six routes. 492 x 12 days = 5,904 journeys for the period from 30 November to 11 December.

Electric cars: over 3,300 journeys in 100% electric vehicles between the Le Bourget conference venue and places of accommodation. The fleet of 200 cars travelled a total of 175,000 km, representing a saving of nearly 18 tonnes of CO2 (the equivalent of 182 barrels of oil).

7,500 accredited persons used this service.

26,000 Navigo travel passes distributed.

Welcome pack: 25,000 welcome packs distributed.

Over 7,000 apples handed out each morning in the forest of flags.

Sustainable development

25,000 ecocups used.

36,000 flasks distributed.

6,750 Ikea items donated to Emmaüs (Les Ateliers du Bocage) (sofas, tables, chairs, lamps).

6,795 recipients of unsold food from COP21, thanks to Chaînon Manquant = 3,045 kg of food collected.

During the operational phase, around 108 tonnes of residual resources:

69 % recycled and reused, including 35 tonnes of wood;

31 % non-recyclable, turned into energy.

Around 20 tonnes of biowaste.

70 % of visitors came on public transport.

Catering :

Coffees sold (all restaurants and Elior and Alto Café take-away outlets): over 70,000 (71,000).

Total number of guests served (all restaurants and take-away outlets, including L’Etoile restaurant): over 100,000 (100,808).
